Namen javnega poziva je podpora fizičnim osebam pri prehodu na brezemisijsko mobilnost, in sicer z dodeljevanjem finančnih spodbud za nakup električnih vozil brez emisij CO2 na izpustu, namenjenih za cestni promet. Predmet javnega poziva so nepovratne finančne spodbude fizičnim osebam za naložbe v nakup novih ali rabljenih vozil za cestni promet, ki spadajo v eno izmed spodaj navedenih kategorij cestnih vozil, in sicer za naslednja ukrepa: -nakup novega vozila kategorije M1, N1, L7e, L6e, L5e, L4e, L3e, L2e in L1e-B na električni pogon brez emisij CO2 na izpustu, ki vključuje nakup baterije oziroma najem baterije za dobo najmanj dve leti od dneva nakupa; -nakup rabljenega vozila kategorije M1 in N1 na električni pogon brez emisij CO2 na izpustu, ki vključuje nakup baterije oziroma najem baterije za dobo najmanj dve leti od dneva nakupa. Upravičenci lahko vlogo oddajo preko spletne aplikacije od vključno 18. 11. 2025 od 10. ure dalje do dneva objave zaključka javnega poziva v Uradnem listu Republike Slovenije.

The purpose of the public tender is to increase the production of electricity and heat from renewable energy sources (RES) and waste heat in the Republic of Slovenia. The aim of the public tender is to increase the share of RES in existing district heating systems, to build new ones or expand existing district heating systems based on RES, and to contribute to reducing the use of fossil fuels, including natural gas. The subject of the public tender is the allocation of grants to co-finance operations for the installation of heat generators that use renewable energy sources, waste heat or a combination of both and increase the share of renewable energy sources in district heating systems, namely: – heat pumps, – solar collectors for heat production and wood biomass boilers, – construction of plants for the co-generation of heat and electricity from renewable energy sources in existing district heating systems, and – operations for the construction of new ones or the expansion of existing district heating systems based on renewable energy sources, waste heat or a combination of both.

The Ministry of Education has published a public tender for co-financing investments in kindergartens and primary education in the Republic of Slovenia in the period from 2026 to 2029. The purpose of the tender is to co-finance reconstructions or new constructions in kindergartens and primary education facilities. The amount of funds that the Ministry will allocate for co-financing investments in kindergartens and primary education is 160 million euros. 45 million euros are planned for co-financing investments in kindergartens, 85 million for co-financing investments in primary education and 30 million for co-financing investments in primary schools with an adapted program. Municipalities can apply for the tender via an electronic form until 30 September 2025, 23:59 inclusive. Applications for the tender can only be submitted electronically via the online application.

A public call for the award of non-refundable financial incentives for electric vehicles (code: JP SUB-EV25-1) has been published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, which provides new non-refundable financial incentives to buyers of electric vehicles. An estimated EUR 5,200,000.00 is available for co-financing investments for natural persons and EUR 4,000,000.00 for legal persons, sole proprietors, natural persons with an activity and natural persons registered as liable for calculating value added tax. Submission of applications for obtaining a non-refundable financial incentive under this public call will be possible in electronic form: for natural persons from 2 September 2025 inclusive from 10 am onwards, for all other beneficiaries from 7 October 2025 inclusive from 10 am onwards

The subject of the public call is non-refundable financial incentives to legal entities for investments in the purchase and installation of new electricity storage systems (HHE), which were purchased, installed and connected to the electricity grid from 1 January 2025 onwards and before the application was submitted. The amount of the non-refundable financial incentive is limited to a maximum of 45 % of recognized eligible investment costs, but not more than 225 EUR/kWh of electricity storage capacity. Investors can submit an application for the allocation of funds via the Borzen online application from 22 July 2025 onwards from 10 a.m. until the date of publication of the conclusion of the public call in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia.

The purpose of the public tender is to improve the conditions for sustainable transport modes in daily migrations of the population within and between municipalities and consequently increase the share of routes taken in a sustainable manner in the structure of transport modes (modal split) in municipalities.
