The Ministry of Education has published a public tender for co-financing investments in kindergartens and primary education in the Republic of Slovenia in the period from 2026 to 2029. The purpose of the tender is to co-finance reconstructions or new constructions in kindergartens and primary education facilities. The amount of funds that the Ministry will allocate for co-financing investments in kindergartens and primary education is 160 million euros. 45 million euros are planned for co-financing investments in kindergartens, 85 million for co-financing investments in primary education and 30 million for co-financing investments in primary schools with an adapted program. Municipalities can apply for the tender via an electronic form until 30 September 2025, 23:59 inclusive. Applications for the tender can only be submitted electronically via the online application.
