HORIZON 2020 – The start of a new CEESEU project on November 1st!

The main objective of the CEESEU project is to improve the capacity of the public sector in Central and Eastern Europe to develop and prepare Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plans (SECAPs). SECAPs are one of the key plans (documents) that help regions achieve the EU climate goals by promoting greater energy efficiency, the transition to sustainable energy, helping to reduce carbon emissions and improving climate change adaptation.
