What is an energy certificate?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

An energy performance certificate (EPC) is a document containing information on the energy performance of a building, with recommendations for improving energy efficiency. Its primary purpose is to provide information on the energy consumption of a building and on measures to improve energy efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    EI must ensure building owners<\/strong> or individual parts of buildings that are constructed, sold or leased to a tenant who did not have a registered permanent or temporary residence prior to the lease. Owner<\/strong> must the buyer or tenant to submit<\/strong> EI of the building or its individual part no later than before the conclusion of the purchase contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
