The subject of the public tender is the allocation of grants to co-finance the construction of new self-supply devices on public buildings, on associated simple or undemanding facilities located next to a public building, and/or on paved parking areas on building land owned by municipalities and/or the state, which includes the purchase and installation of such self-supply devices, whose total installed power of built-in photovoltaic panels per individual application is at least 1 MW, in combination with or without battery storage.

The public tender defines the procedures for application, determination of eligibility and determination of the suitability and feasibility of operations for the comprehensive energy renovation of public sector buildings owned and used by municipalities and the construction of new electricity generation facilities for the purpose of self-supply with electricity from solar power plants (SP).

The Ministry of the Environment, Climate and Energy has published a Public Call for co-financing the purchase of vehicles for the establishment of a zero-emission line in public passenger transport.

The subject of co-financing is the operation of comprehensive energy renovation of buildings owned and used by municipalities and the construction of new devices for the production of electricity from solar energy according to the concept of self-sufficiency in electricity for these buildings.
