The purpose of the public invitation is to collect proposals for operations for the co-financing of comprehensive energy renovation of buildings in the narrow and wider public sector (hereinafter: operations), which will be proposed to the managing authority for co-financing within the framework of the "European Cohesion Policy Programme for the period 2021 - 2027".

The subject of co-financing is the operation of comprehensive energy renovation of buildings owned and used by municipalities and the construction of new devices for the production of electricity from solar energy according to the concept of self-sufficiency in electricity for these buildings.

The subject of the public tender is the allocation of grants to co-finance the construction of new self-supply devices on public buildings, on associated simple or undemanding facilities located next to a public building, and/or on paved parking areas on building land owned by municipalities and/or the state, which includes the purchase and installation of such self-supply devices, whose total installed power of built-in photovoltaic panels per individual application is at least 1 MW, in combination with or without battery storage.
