The purpose of the public call is to encourage the implementation of energy efficiency measures, increased use of renewable energy sources, and efficient management of wastewater, water resources, and waste by citizens.

The subject of the non-refundable financial incentive under this public call is a new joint investment in the modernization of heating devices in common heating systems and/or common hot water preparation systems in an older building with three or more individual parts, throughout the Republic of Slovenia, which has not yet been completed at the time of submitting the application for the incentive under this public call.
