CSSC LAB Danube project

City Storage and Sector Coupling Lab

(Urban energy storage and sector integration)

The CSSC Lab project aims to pave the way for the acceleration and integration of energy storage in Danube cities, while connecting sectors. The CSSC Lab project will implement capacity building programs for municipalities and demonstrate the feasibility of CSSC solutions for medium-sized and small cities in the Danube region.

CSSC Lab will:

1) developed model solution + toolkit for typical CSSC use cases in cities,

2) developed/tested a capacity building program for municipalities with local education, webinars and trainings,

3) established four CSSC demo centers in different partner regions (HR, AT, SI, BG), with the aim of demonstrating the feasibility and success of different CSSC solutions and

4) establish an online platform for sustainable knowledge transfer.
